The Jackover
The Jackover is a son of the General and the inquisitor. Tasked with bringing Rassilon to justice for starting the time war and trying to end existence. His tardis is stuck in the disguise of a camouflage yellow and gray camping tent. His missions and submissions are to prosecute Rassilon's crimes against time and abuse of his lord presidential powers whenever and wherever he finds them. It isn't easy but it needs to be done.
