Aglutrec
Aglutrec is the daughter of The Omega and Tecteun before he made the ultimate sacrifice of time travel to study. Aglutrec created her own organization on Earth where they monitor and record irregularities in the time and space of all Earths in the multiverse. Aglutrec also keeps track and is in touch with her half-sibling The Doctor and all of their love interests. The organization is called E.C.H.O and has been running that organization for thirty-four hundred sixteen years.
